I am a "snowbird" in Gulf Shores and recently had major problems on two different occasions with my hearing aids. Missy Webb was able to diagnose the problem both times in a very efficient and friendly manner. I had to have a replacement and she was able to acquire the necessary replacement in only one day!. Additionally I have had a ringing noise in my right hearing aid for several years that my local hearing aid doctor has not been able to correct. Missy solved my problem as soon as I explained the ringing noise!! If I lived locally Baldwin Hearing would be my number one choice of a hearing aid provider and Missy would be my go to person.
